Sunday’s routine

6:30, the sun is coming out already, and getting ready for another great day on the road on my Cinelli Willin’. The preparation before a sunday morning ride is quite of a routine, but one that we, passionate cyclists, really love.

The bike is clean and ready, with high pressure on the Schwalbe tubulars mounted on Ritchey Carbon WCS wheels. The clothing is fresh and clean, and on the fire I have some oatmeal and some moka coffee, the best fuel for a bike ride!

The ride today didn’t disapoint, as usual; it was another great day on the roads of central Taiwan.

    yes, love the smell of coffee in the morning. smells like… victory.

    Yeah, no coffee, no bike ride! I always make sure to have my coffee fix. Essential fuel!
